After you file
Not sure which one of us you are trying to reply to. When I asked the original poster about checking his account I was referring your TurboTax online account--not your bank account. Some users start a return in an account, abandon it or forget how to access it, and start again in another account. So you could have been looking in the wrong TurboTax account if it said you did not finish filing.
Check your e-file status if you are not sure if your e-file was accepted.

And---if your e-file was accepted, DoninGA already told you how to check to see if you entered your banking information.
