"I just got a notice from the IRS that I owe them $30.000 for 2018 taxes what can I do.
Turbotax said that I was getting back $25,000 and the IRS asked me to send them copies of my W2 and 1099 and they gave $27,000 back and know they say that I owe them $30,019. Please help"
Looks like you might have a problem with commas and decimal points. The way you posted those numbers says first that you owe the IRS thirty dollars, but you think the IRS owes you twenty-five thousand dollars, and that they gave twenty-seven thousand dollars back... and now they say you owe thirty thousand nineteen dollars.
Look again at the numbers you are using and read what the IRS said to you again. Is there a letter number or CP number on the notice? What exactly does it say?
