Did you mail the federal & state returns in separate envelopes to the correct addresses ? Sounds like you did for the state but did you for the feds. Who mailed you a notice ? The feds or state ? What does it say ?
If you did mail in the fed returns correctly then all you can do is wait for the feds to open the envelopes and process the returns. The 2019 return may be delayed due to the unfiled prior year returns.
