@Felix2018 You have added to a thread with other people's posts, and we have no details from you. If you amended your return, and had to upgrade to a higher version of the software in order to enter new data that is why you are being charged. The Free Edition is very limited and cannot support certain credits/deductions or types of income. If you tell us what you changed when you amended we can be more helpful.
