I'm confused. Do you have a refund or tax due? Sounds like they got it but want you to amend it? It's too early for the IRS to be asking for you to send in a 2019 return. Could it be for 2018? Did you get a letter? What does it say? They must have changed your return saying you left off income or reported it on the wrong line.
