Sadly you got caught in the eye of the storm ... due to the covid situation IRS processing centers were closed for more than 3 months and they are now just getting back to work opening the mail that piled up ... nothing you can do but wait until they get to you. Others have posted that things mailed in February have started to process so patience will be needed in these unusual times. Check the IRS site every few days to get a progress report.
