Ok wait for the IRS to mail you a letter explaining what the changed. Maybe you can figure out if there is an extra $200 credit or payment showing on your return.
Or they kept it for something you owed. Or you had them apply it to next year. What's on your 1040 lines 20-22?
Its not for a state refund? What version did you use? Were you having the fees deducted from your refund?
