The TurboTax desktop editions can only be installed on a Windows or Mac personal computer, desktop or laptop, not on a mobile device.
If you are not able to use or install the 2018 software then you can get a refund using this website - Go to this TurboTax website to request a refund for the software purchased from TurboTax - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp
