Is your niece claimed as a dependent on your tax return? Did she file her own return that said she could not be claimed? Or did someone else already file and claim her? Getting rid of her TurboTax account (which you cannot do, by the way) would have no effect. If the SSN has already been used on a tax return then you cannot defeat that rejection. If you should be claiming your niece then you will have to print, sign and mail your own return.
