When I did turbo tax nothing offered me that form. So they said after forty days not hearing they would just do what they have to and send me the refund. I still didn’t get that either. I have to pay my dr in cash because he is not on the plan and it costs me a couple hundred a month plus my stack of medical bills. Please help me. I have no where to go I have no way of getting anywhere I can’t drive and I just want my refund
A Form 8379 is for reporting an Injured Spouse Allocation for a federal tax refund. That form is not normally filed for any type of health plan.
