I e-filed my return without issue on March 30th. I was entitled to a refund. It is still being processed and it has gone twice as long as the expected 21 day maximum. The IRS hotline is not working now, and every day, the "where is my refund" app just says "still being processed - a refund date will be provided when available."
I have been filing my taxes for decades and never had a delay such as this. And it's a refund I need right now. Please advise - thx y'all.
