I attempted to file my 2019 taxes on TurboTax e-file but it wouldn't let me enter my AGI as it read on the previous years tax returns. Therefore, I mailed them in via mail. It has been longer than six weeks and I cannot get an update at all on the irs website. It tells me there is no information found, and I cannot get into contact with anyone from the IRS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
