There are two ways to file your tax return---e-file it or print, sign and mail it. TurboTax does not print it for you or mail it for you. Were you unable to e-file? Why?
We cannot solve your "no printer" problem for you. If you can save the tax file to a flash drive you could print it at somewhere that is still open like a UPS place, Kinko's, Staples, etc. or you wait until you have access to a printer to send it.
