Check again to make sure your return was accepted:

Make sure when you use the IRS site that you are using the correct and exact amount for your refund. Use the amount on line 20a of your Form 1040. And try using "single" for the filing status even if it is wrong--we have had some reports that the IRS site sometimes glitches on the filing status.
