I am expected a $5000 refund and on my wmr tool it states they have adjusted my return and now I will be receiving a $400 refund!!! The reference code stated is 9021. I have filed a valid and accurate return including w2 and self employment, as well as claimed my 2 children. I am losing my mind not being able to get ahold of the IRS. Are they going to adjust my refund to the original amount I am owed, why is this happening???
