If you are on www.irs.gov/refunds and you see a date there for deposit or mailing of your return, then yes, that is the day it is suppose to be released. If you are getting direct deposit the IRS says
please wait 5 days after we’ve sent the refund to check with your bank about
your refund, since banks vary in how and when they credit funds.
