The site also says do NOT use if you have already filed your 2019 return? If you already e-filed it says "No, do not use Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info Here. You don’t need to do anything else to get your Economic Impact Payment. You will automatically get your payment deposited directly into your account." NOT
