After you file
After acceptance, but before processing the status may not be available. If you contact the government or try look up your refund status while your return is still pending, don't be surprised if they tell you "no record found." This is normal; until the government starts reviewing and processing your return, they won't have any record of it.
If you e-filed both the federal and state tax returns together, you should be able to track your refund after acceptance.
Your federal refund comes from the IRS treasury department while your state refund will come from your state treasury department. They generally come at separate times.
It's not uncommon to receive your federal refund before state; or
vice versa.

the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
