After you file
To request a replacement card you will need to contact Customer Care. Please visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
If you need to report your card lost, you can do that by logging into your Turbo Visa Debit account. They will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost card replacement fee will apply. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.
