@Michelle41 Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take approximately 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account.
Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2(to get a representative), it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.
