To see what fees are being charged follow these steps.
1. Sign in to TurboTax
2. Click "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
3. Click "Tools" in the left hand menu
4. Click "My Fees" in the center screen
Since this post is tagged "Military" perhaps you are trying to qualify for the "Military free file" program.
