If you are referring to the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you are only given a temporary when you apply and approved for the Refund Advance. The Refund Advance program ended on February 7th. If you did apply and were approved by that date, you would have received an email within 48 hours with the temporary card information. You may want to check your junk folder. If you are only waiting for your physical card, you should receive that within 10 business days of when you signed up for it. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information.
