After you file
Is that according to the ESTIMATED date given by TurboTax or by the IRS on Where's my Refund?
What TurboTax shows you is just an estimate based on the fact that many refunds are issued within 21 days of the return being accepted.
The IRS does not update TurboTax on the actual issue date of a specific refund.
If the date came from the IRS website Where's my Refund, then you'll need to follow the instructions there about it getting to your bank by a certain date. Because some banks take up to 5 days to post the deposit from the IRS.
Here is information on how you can reach the IRS by phone for further assistance:

If the bank has for some reason returned the deposit to the IRS, the IRS will then print a paper check and mail it to you at the address you provided on the return.
