i checked an hour ago and i didnt have a circle on the sbtpg page and now i do and the funds have been taking out so now to wait till it hits my turbo card...

same here, i had the circle and the fee's taken out listed. 

But no received amount, now it cant find my acct.

hopefully it's updating, they're a hour behind the east coast sooooo

Does the IRS send a letter when you create an account to view your transcripts?  I notice I am getting a letter from the IRS, I already have ddd for this Wednesday, but wonder where this letter is coming from.  The  only thing is that I created a login recently to view my transcripts.

I cant access TPG either it says its down, it was up at 5:30 am EST and i seen my fee's were already calculated it would be awesome if i get it earlier than the 26th xD

My ddd is for 2/26 as well.  I have chime and no fees. I haven’t received it yet either.  I did get state so I know my acct numbers are good.  I guess now we just wait.  Hopefully it comes today.  It’s 7am in az.

@trishc7380  if I'm not mistaken I mentioned that SBBT was PST time, if not thanks for correction but the 8:24 was the in reference to the IRS saying they weren't open bc I'm on EST time with them so they should've been open when she called...idk... automated system probably answered SMH. How did you get a LIVE agent when calling IRS. What do I push

So sbtpg shows my fees now but nothing Received and usually it shows my turbo card at the bottom but doesn't now. First year using these people so I guess this is standard.??

I have a red Circle as well I didnt know my fees was gonna be 180 but how long sh po uld it take for it to turn green I also have a rush card we usually recieve a day or 2 earlier nothing yet also I beileve it comes around 11am I'm not sure I'm in new york this is my first year that fees are being deducted as far as I know of
