@trishc7380 if I'm not mistaken I mentioned that SBBT was PST time, if not thanks for correction but the 8:24 was the in reference to the IRS saying they weren't open bc I'm on EST time with them so they should've been open when she called...idk... automated system probably answered SMH. But thanks for the correction.
