After you file

Since you never received your card, you should report it lost or stolen using the contact information provided by AkinaLO.

 

If it has been longer 5-10 business days from the date since you have filed your return and you still have not received your prepaid card, please contact customer support at (888) 285-4169. You can also report your card lost or stolen here. https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/contact-us
