If you requested your refund be deposited on the Turbo Visa Debit Card that is the same thing as a direct deposit. If your refund does not show as available on your card and the IRS reflects it has been accepted, approved and sent with a direct deposit date please contact the Turbo Visa Debit Card Customer Care department toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
The refund is only applied to the card once the IRS or applicable state approve and send the refund.
