Changes were made to the TurboTax software for 2019 by not prompting questions about PTC nor did TurboTax alert its customers to this change. For 2019 the request for this information is buried under the Medical section. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs trusting turbo tax would walk me through the process accurately and was actually intuit as you claim using data from the yr before. None of that was accomplished in this yrs filing. Due to this change I now have to make the corrections by completing the 8962 form myself and mailing to the IRS which will cause serious delays in my refund. This is unacceptable. I will never use TurboTax again. The least you can do is provide me with the address that I now need to mail this document into and refund the charge from TurboTax.
