Information doesn’t match WMR.

Hello so today I went onto the IRS app to check my refund and it says “ Information doesn’t match please re-enter” when I know for sure that it does match because I’ve always put the same information these past 2 weeks. BUT, when I call the IRS automated voice messaging, it says my refund is still being processed and that a date will be provided when available. I’m confused??? Can someone please help?
