TurboTax does not get any information about the status of your federal or state refunds. You must track them yourself.
First, confirm that your efiled returns were submitted and accepted. Here is a link to do that with: https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp
If they were submitted and accepted, you can track the status of your refunds using the IRS and state tracking web sites. Here are links to find each of them:
