After you file
If you are having trouble with your return saving, try turning off your virus protection and then turn it back on after your return saves. Please click here for the TurboTax Help link on how to disable virus protection.
You also clear the cache and delete the cookies on your computer, open a new browser, sign back into your account and try saving your return again.
