"I submitted a claim...."  You are confused--there is not a way to submit a claim to view your past return.  No one else can access it for you.

 

Not sure where you are seeing anything about waiting 45 days to get a copy of your return.  That makes no sense.  No one can send you your own tax return from TurboTax.  You have to access it yourself and print it out yourself.  No one else can access it for you or send it to you.

 

You can also get a free transcript from the IRS or pay the !RS $50 for an exact copy of a tax return.

 

To access your past return you must use the correct account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
