No one else can re-send your tax return for you. If you used the online software then you need to access your account and then print, sign and mail your 2016 tax return yourself. It cannot be e-filed. (Only a 2018 return can be e-filed.)

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
If you used the desktop software (downloaded or installed from a CD) then the tax file is on your own hard drive. Open up the program and print out the return for mailing.
