Not at this time, and we do not know if there will be any sort of refund advance when the tax season begins. last year for 2018 returns, certain qualified users were offered refund advances on prepaid Visa cards, but the loan had to be offered to you--you could not self-select it. We have no information at this time if the program or a similar one will be offered for 2019 returns--even if they have something, do not expect it until the end of January at the earliest.
