No. And we do not know yet if that will even be offered for 2019 returns. For 2018 returns there was a refund advance that was offered by TurboTax to qualified users, but you could not "opt in" to it--it had to be offered to you at the time you prepared your return. The online software for 2019 returns will not be operational until sometime in December.
