Not sure what you mean by an "adjusted refund." If you amended your return by mailing a Form 1040X then the IRS mails a check to YOU.
If you are referring to the refund from your original tax return:
Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
