Your question is not clear. Are you asking to prepare a 2016 state return? If so, did you use TurboTax to prepare your 2016 federal return? That would be the only way you would be able to then go back and prepare a 2016 state return. You cannot use TT to prepare a "stand alone" state return.
Or are you looking for a copy of a 2016 state return that you prepared and want to understand how much it costs to access your prior year return?
