Do you mean your TurboTax fees--did you choose to pay your TT fees from your federal refund? This?

Or do you mean when will your tax due be paid? TurboTax does not pay your tax due for you--TT only passes along the payment information that you enter to pay your tax due, and it is up to the IRS to pull out the payment.
