- Have you located the 2016 online return, but when you try to download/print the PDF, does it ask you to pay?
- What is the story on your 2018 return? Have you already filed an online 2018 return, or is it still in preparation?
- You appear to be using Self-Employed Edition, which is 119.99 for Federal and 44.99 for state. Is that what you used or are using to prepare your 2018 return?
- Are the 2016 and 2018 returns in the SAME account?
