Were the 2017 and 2018 returns prepared in Online TurboTax? If so, log in and at the Tax Home go to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Expand that section. Choose tax year 2018, and look for the link "download/print the PDF."
Are the 2017 and 2018 returns in the same online account? If so, then in that same section choose the 2017 tax year and the link "download/print the PDF." Or was 2017 prepared in Free Edition, and is access to the 2017 return locked, and it asks you to pay? If so, we can tell you how to unlock the 2017 return. How to unlock it depends on what all you have done for your 2018 return and what edition you used for 2018.
If you don't find the 2017 and 2018 returns in that account, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts. If the returns were prepared in the desktop software (CD/download), they will not be in an online account.
