After you file
There has been no update on whether or not other states will be added but if they are, that FAQ above will be updated with the information. And as far as the amend, the only option you have if they offer no e-filing system directly, is to complete the amended return, print and mail it. But since they do state on their website that it can be -filed <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.michigan.gov/taxes/0,4676,7-238-75545_43715-153796--,00.html">http://www.michigan.gov/tax...>, you may want to call them and ask how you can e-file it. They should be able to provide more details on that.
If you do have to mail it, the amount of time it will take to process it will depend on your state though. TurboTax doesn't handle processing of the return so we wouldn't be able to tell you if it will take 2-3 months for them to process and refund what you are owed.
You can go here <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.michigan.gov/taxes/0,4676,7-238-75545_43715-456101--,00.html">http://www.michigan.gov/tax...> and it will show you what to include with your mailed amended return.
