@sally-mae  what concerns me is they made it seem as if their inability to pull and process my return within the original 9 week period was just a one-off mistake and someone on their end dropped the ball.  But what i see in these threads - other people had the same issue.  So it seems they've done this with a large group of people and would already know to correct the process if they were aware of othesr having the same problem.  I supposed theres no way to know if they are just jerking us around and stalling to pay our refund.  I still haven't received any update on WMR nor a letter since i've verified the second time.  Seems like nothings happening.  I'll just have to sit and wait.  If i call what good is it if they just make up some bull as to why it wont process.  Guess I have no recourse.  What a country.
