If that is the date you are seeing on their website when you check Where's My Refund?, then that is the most accurate date and is when you should receive it on. I'd suggest keeping an eye out on your Turbo Prepaid card to see if it hits before then. And make sure you have activated the card already. 

If you are seeing that date on the TurboTax Refund Tracker, it's only an estimated dated based on data from others that have filed. So you will want to go by the date that the IRS has posted on Where's My Refund on their site. See here Why can't TurboTax give me an exact refund date?
