a tax return is pending with the IRS, they often state that they have no
record of it because of the pending status. It typically takes 24-48 hours but
it can take longer. After you submitted your return by clicking
"Transmit my returns now", you can check your status to ensure the
return was transmitted successfully by using our e-file status lookup
