You cannot have your refund applied to a credit card. You can have a refund applied to a debit card in your name.
To confirm how you selected to receive your refund, you need to review File Step 2.
You will need to trick the program to let you back into the program. Click "add a state" or "file an amended." While you won't actually do either, it will allow you access to the above portion of your tax return.
