I filed A1040X for 2015 for my severance pay from the army and they put my wife's name on the check.she soon not to be my wife and I need her name taken off and Reissued

I got a letter from the VA tell me that I did not need to pay taxes on my separation pay from the army file they 1040X for 2015 and they issued the check with mine and her name on it I need to have the check reissued and just my name due to us separating and it being my separation pay from the army not here.  How do I get the check reissued I can I get a single person at the Iris to tell me how to do this or figure out a number that is good to contact a single person there
