The only way to know would be to mail it certified so that you got a return receipt. If you did not do so, there is no way to track it.
You can, of course, use the IRS refund tracker to see your return progress once they receive and start to process your mailed return but that might be at least a few weeks away. You can keep looking until you see it though.
