After you file
If the information on the 1098-T matches what you submitted on your tax return, you do not need to do anything.
If the 1098-T does NOT match what was filed, you may need to submit an amended return.
Wait until you receive the refund from the return you already filed, then you can begin the amendment process. You will be able to do the amendment by logging in to your TurboTax Online account and clicking Amend/Change Your Return from your Tax Timeline.

Amended returns must be printed and mailed, and take up to 12 weeks to process.
