Are you sure you filed your 2016 taxes with TurboTax? If so, you may have used a different account.
You can run this tool <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/</a> against any email addresses you may have used. You'll then get an email with the different IDs you used with that email and options to reset their passwords.
