Why does Turbo Tax not make clear the fee being charged when you opt to pay your tax preparation fee out of your refund? Why can't you go back and pay by credit card?

When you get to the end they ask you if you would like to pay your tax preparation fee out of your refund. They present this as a good thing to do, but unlike their other fees, which are plainly spelled out in bold lettering, they don't make it clear that there is a charge of $39.99 for this service! This is a significant up-charge that they collect. When I called about they claimed it is spelled out in the fine print, but of course you have to take their word for it because you can't go back at that point. By the time you see that fee actually listed, it's too late to select the credit card option. I believe this to be deliberate because there are two simple remedies to this: 1. Make very clear when you make this selection the fee you will be charged for this service, and 2. In the event you change your mind, allow you to go back and change it. So I'm through with Turbo Tax. I am very disappointed with the disengenous way this is handled.
